It all started in 1962 when Giuseppe Poli, who had previously worked in the coffee industry, purchased a small roaster to start manufacturing fine coffee blends in his garage, planning to sell it to the local bars in Bergamo. Poli soon turned his hobby into a full-fledged and successful business. Since then a wide variety of blends have been created and sold thanks to the purchase of green coffee beans that come from some of the most renowned markets. Today the company is led by Giuseppe’s son Alberto Poli. Alberto and his daughters Chiara and Cristina carry on roasting coffee beans professionally and successfully. To date, the company is a dynamic business well established in Italy and that is also getting known abroad.
