The R NINE ONE was developed to bring the very best of our commercial machine development programme into a machine capable of outstanding results. Designed for use in a small commercial application or home environment. Thermal stability through the Rocket Espresso fully saturated group system, coupled with digital PID temperature control Pre and Post infusion controlled through a full pressure profiling system, using the 5 preset programmes or via manual control through the Rocket Espresso paddle system. Direct water connection or built in water reservoir, an espresso machine designed to deliver spectacular results in the cup, through both stability and flexibility of control parameters.
The pursuit of the perfect espresso is an endless quest. In designing the Rocket Espresso R 9, engineer Ennio Berti opted for a fully saturated group to further enhance machine temperature stability through PID control in the stainless steel multi boiler machine. Pressure transducer technology was used to dramatically reduce steam pressure recovery times, increasingly important in high volume cafes. Aesthetically the R 9 shares the contemporary look that sets Rocket Espresso machines apart from others, with a lowered machine height that allows for a better interaction between the barista and the customer. The digital display features boiler temperature adjustable in increments of 0.1 degrees Celsius and shot timers for each group.

The RE Doppia combines the latest Rocket Espresso technology with a specification and level of componentry that represents a machine brought to market with an aggressive approach to price versus specification. This does not mean the Doppia is any less of a machine, rather with clever engineering, the Doppia clearly outperforms most machines in this class. 4.3” TFT on the front panel of the machine with software updates via USB drive, and programming through a browser using Wi-Fi module.
